The week before CHRISTMAS AND ALL THROUGH THE HOUSE….well, getting ready to go home to my sweet lovely Fayetteville and graduate ❤️ I am so excited to finally be walking. It sure wasn’t my original plan, but here we are. While it was a nice snow day for my people back in Missouri and Arkansas, it was perfectly sunny and cheery here in Charleston. As much as I love a good snuggly snow day inside, who are we kidding? I feel like it’s been a never ending snow day since March. Oh, the day we are all free to go wild, I will be dancing all night long.
I was jammed packed busy this weekend, downtown and hanging out. If I was back home in Missouri or Arkansas I’d be spending my days at home, miserable in the cold, wishing for warm days. Here, I’m out! I’m alive! I’m DOING THINGS.
I am proud of me. I am doing really good. I was driving doing errands today and just relaxed back in my seat, listening to Christmas muck (duh?) and just thought about how far I have come in the past few years, especially when I skim through my blog and old photos. Call me young and foolish but I feel good. In the middle of a pandemic. Single. Figuring my way in the world. I’m still so young, I still have so much to learn, but dang it. When the going gets tough, keep going. Keep your routine. Keep your goals. Keep doing the damn thing.
It’s gonna be a short blog this week, but I’ll be back next Tuesday with I’m sure plenty of content after being with my gal friends (oh yes, we are going to celebrate our graduation, again for like the 6th time??) and hanging out with family! I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am ❤️ see you in 3 weeks, Charleston. Arkansas and Missouri, see you soon lovelies !!!!!!
