I’M HOME, I’M HOME!!!!
Welcome back to real life, everyone. Man, it feels good to be here! So, I moved back in officially and continue to stay up way too late every night chatting it up with my roommate, (who I have missed very dearly!) My first day of my junior year was delightful. I basically drool in class every day because of how excited I am for this semester! I am in HIGH HEAVEN. I’m currently writing this on top of the architecture building on campus, which is one of my favorite spots to come to. I really enjoy sitting up here because not many people know about it, (INCLUDING FRESHMAN). I’m able to come up here and enjoy the view of the mountains, watching people below me walk to their classes and enjoy some peace and quiet. Oh Fayetteville. How I have missed you so….

All that being said, I am going to be busier than ever!!! I just added on my third job as well as being a full student! Crazy, right? SOS.

I have been honestly so incredibly busy with getting this semester up and rolling that I am in need of some serious R&R to get all my thoughts together. I want to be the best possible for you and will be rolling out new content next week, so GET EXCITED.

So, I had to switch classes because I had already met my requirement for my major, so last week I decided to drop a class and then enroll into a new one… easy right? Monday, I check my university email to make sure I was put into my new class. We are talking about my luck, right? Wasn’t enrolled. Technically Friday was the last day to enroll, which I found out when I was pleading for my life and soul to the department secretary asking if she could still place me in the class… Turns out you have to print out an administrative form and get the professors approval, the department heads approval, and take it to the deans office. Easy. It’s not like I work half a million jobs or am busy at all… So, I rush to the nearest computer lab to print out the ONE PAPER I need… I get stuck behind two freshman girls who insist on speaking so loud I hear all about their scandalous weekend at Apple Pie Sigma with Johnny and Chad, all the while I’m pretty sure they were printing off copies of their whole textbook. So, 1000 pages and a forest of trees later, I had heard enough drama to never have to watch Netflix again, I print off my one paper in a matter of 5 seconds and sprint to the deans office, which is on the 5th floor… The elevator was conveniently out of order and I was wearing heels (Yes, I have calves of steel after being in college for two years) So, I finally get to the top level and surprise surprise, I have to go down to the 2nd floor to get the department head to sign off on the paperwork first… I was actually dripping in sweat at this point and I am pretty sure my eye was twitching. My forehead wrinkle is back for good, I think.
The drama ended, thankfully. I got the signature, everything worked out for the best. But man…. I feel as if I am living in the Truman Show.
Happy first week back to school, welcome to college life, baby. This is the real deal.

Loving this beautiful life….
Today’s Mantra:
“I AM grateful for my life.”
Hug and love.
